A worker died in an accident in Baku.

According to the Narimanov District Prosecutor’s Office, the district prosecutor’s office received information about the death of Zulfugar Gasimzadeh, born in 2001, who fell from a height in Narimanov district on May 30 at 12 o’clock.

Preliminary investigations revealed that Zulfugar Gasimzadeh, a foreman working on the construction of a multi-storey building built by Zirve-A, died at the scene from injuries he accidentally fell while working on the 5th floor of the building.

The Narimanov District Prosecutor’s Office launched a criminal case under Article 222.3 of the Criminal Code (violation of safety rules of construction, mining and other works, which caused the death of the victim through negligence).
